Terms and Conditions
1. Dormitory residents do not include the following individuals: students who have graduated, been dismissed, suspended, on leave, paused their studies, fulfilled their military service obligations, are free, have outstanding graduation certificate fees, or are on an internship.
2. For room accommodation fees, payment must be completed within 5 (five) days after successful registration. Monthly incurred debts must be paid on time.
3. Documents required for dormitory residence registration:
- A copy of the acceptance letter (for Freshman students)
- A copy of the ID card (or a copy of the citizen identification card )
- Student ID card
- 02 ID card photos ( 2x3 or 3x4 ).
4. Room check-in procedure: When students move into their rooms, they are required to sign a property handover report for the room, record electricity and water index.
5. Dormitory check-out procedure:
- Cancel dormitory service registration 30 days before the contract ends. In case of early termination of the contract, a request for service cancellation must be submitted, and a response from the Dormitory Management will be awaited.
- Tidy up the room and check out of the Dormitory.
- Settle any outstanding debts, including electricity bills, property damages, etc.
6. Dormitory residents must complete temporary residence registration.
7. Always carry your dormitory card when entering/exiting the gate.
8. Students wishing to change rooms should contact the Dormitory Management for resolution based on the actual room availability.

10. Additional regulations:
- During their stay in the dormitory, if the university notifies that a student falls into the categories of graduation, dismissal, suspension, leave, or retention, the student must follow the procedures to leave the dormitory as stipulated.
- If a student is absent for more than 30 consecutive days without notifying the Dormitory Management of the reason, their name will be removed from the dormitory roster.
- Early contract termination payment: The Dormitory will not refund payments if a student checks out before the contract ends, except for the following cases: students who have graduated, students studying abroad, students who have dropped out or paused their studies for medical treatment (or have a personal decision from the Department of Education and Training), transferring to another educational institution, or in other cases where the Dormitory Management considers specific reasons for review
