1.GENERAL REGULATIONS AT THE DORMITORY
a)
Opening hours:
05:00 AM
, closing hours:
11:00
PM.
b)
All students must carry their
student ID cards
(with integrated dormitory
access function) when entering or exiting the dormitory.
2.THINGS STUDENTS ARE NOT ALLOWED
TO DO
2.1.Regulations regarding
dormitory activities
a)
Cooking or using cooking
equipment in the room under any circumstances is prohibited.
b)
No littering, writing,
drawing, affixing paper, hanging objects on walls, curtains, or hammocks in the
rooms, corridors, and common areas.
c)
No organizing or
participating in the use of alcoholic beverages, beer, alcoholic drinks,
tobacco (including e-cigarettes), gambling activities, or betting in any form.
d)
No sports, vigorous
exercises, or roughhousing are allowed in the living space of rooms, corridors,
and common areas.
e)
Inappropriate clothing or
attire is not allowed in public areas and common activity areas.
f)
The keeping of pets or
animals is prohibited, and it's not allowed to cause damage to the landscape
within the dormitory premises.
2.2.Regulations on security and
order
a)
Unauthorized entrance or
bringing visitors to rooms of the opposite sex is strictly prohibited. Male
students are not allowed to enter female areas and vice versa. When relatives
visit, students must notify the Dormitory Management Board for guidance.
b)
Storing, distributing, or
propagating unauthorized leaflets, slogans, signs, documents, and content that
opposes the Party or State is not allowed. Organizing or participating in
superstitious and sectarian activities or idol worship within the dormitory is
also prohibited.
c)
No unauthorized gatherings,
disturbances, or involvement in fights or violence are allowed that could
disrupt security and order.
d)
It's not permitted to
manufacture, store, or use weapons, explosives, stimulants, or addictive substances,
or to store, propagate, and share unhealthy documents and cultural products.
e)
False fire alarms, blocking
emergency exits, causing disturbances, or actions affecting the fire prevention
and fighting system are strictly prohibited.
f)
Sharing inaccurate, baseless,
untruthful, or harmful information on social media that negatively affects the
living and studying environment within the dormitory is prohibited.
2.3.Regulations on property
preservation
a)
No moving of property or
equipment within the room from its original position without permission.
Unauthorized repairs, modifications, or additional installations that alter the
original structure are not allowed.
b)
Deliberate damage, theft, or
misappropriation of public property, or property of fellow dormitory residents,
and violations of public order are prohibited.
3.THINGS STUDENTS MUST COMPLY
WITH
a)
Students who enter or exit
the dormitory outside of the designated times must submit a request to the
Dormitory Management Board. In unexpected situations where this is not
possible, students must contact the floor supervisor or the Dormitory
Management Board along with a valid reason.
b)
Being polite, friendly, and
having a spirit of solidarity and empathy with fellow students and those around
you.
c)
Maintaining proper behavior, speech, and
attire, contributing to building a cultural living environment, actively
participating in activities related to environmental hygiene, and effectively
implementing fire prevention measures.
d)
Conserving electricity and
water. Practicing waste sorting and maintaining room cleanliness while
responsibly preserving personal belongings and equipment provided within the
dormitory.
e)
Using the internet system for
educational and healthy entertainment purposes.
f)
Parking in designated areas
only.
g)
Strict adherence to the Road
Traffic Law when participating in traffic within the University campus.
h)
Accurate and complete
compliance with any necessary procedures when requested by the Dormitory
Management Board.
i
)
In case of discovering
room-related incidents or dormitory premises issues, reporting to the Dormitory
Management Board for timely resolution.
j)
Dormitory residents must
seriously adhere to the dormitory's regulations, commit to actively
participating in the extracurricular activities initiated by the dormitory.
Participation in these activities is one of the criteria for continued dormitory
residency.
