Regulations


DORMITORY | Regulations

1.  Students residing in dormitories must complete temporary residence registration procedures at the Student Affairs Office.  


2.  Mantain security and order in the dormitory:  
- Do not organize or participate in the consumption of alcohol, beer, or gambling in any form.  
- Do not create, store, or use weapons, flammable or explosive substances, addictive substances, materials, and cultural products with unhealthy content.  
- Do not bring strangers into the dormitory without the consent of the management and security officers.  
- Avoid fighting, making noise, and playing loud music.  

  
3.  Maintain environmental hygiene in the dormitory:  
- Keep the living quarters and corridors clean and tidy according to the assigned tasks.  
- Dispose of trash in designated bins; do not litter. Participate in scheduled environmental sanitation activities.  
- Cooking is not allowed in the rooms.   

 

4.  Do not move property and equipment from their designated positions. Do not attempt to repair, modify, or alter the original structure of the room. Take responsibility for any damage or loss of property and equipment

   
5.  Dulfill financial obligations at the Planning and Financial Department according to the specified deadlines as announced.  


6.  Students must present their dormitory card to the security personnel when entering or leaving the dormitory.  


7.  Gate opening hours: 5:00 AM  to 10:00 PM , Dress appropriately and neatly when moving within the school area, after 6:00 PM  ,students are not allowed to enter the lecture hall area (unless on duty). Students working part-time must provide a confirmation letter from their workplace to enter or exit the dormitory outside the designated hours  


8.  Male students are not allowed to enter female dormitory rooms and vice versa.  


9.  Personal belongings (bikes, computers, phones, money, gold, personal documents, etc.) must be self-managed and carefully kept to avoid loss or theft. The university is not responsible for personal property lost within the dormitory. To ensure safety and security, each student is allowed to register one means of transportation, and any changes must be registered with the Dormitory Management Board.  


10.  Violations of any of the above rules will result in penalties according to the severity, and individuals may be asked to leave the dormitory.  

 
Students residing in the dormitory must strictly adhere to the regulations, respect the management staff, and the service personnel.
